The following document is my 2007 MBA graduate thesis. Stated briefly, it is about how emerging online systems of trust, like blockchain, married to professional social networking, would allow organizations to spontaneously emerge, alter, and disband as necessary to meet customer demand in a manner that would be more efficient than present methods of organization and would provide workers with far more flexibility.
